The text can be customized to include anything from a company name and contact information to phrases such as SENT, RECEIVED, SHIPPED and PAID. Alongside the text, the date printing mechanism consists of three clickwheels that feature the current month, day and year, with the year band going forward as far as 12 years.

This stamp contains a stainless steel core for stability while stamping. It also includes an integrated stamping pad for auto inking, and is able to turn out thousands of impressions before needing an ink refill. A rounded handle further keeps hands and wrists free of strain.
